The PACKPLUS Single Pro is the single-lane version of the Pre-Made Pouch Packaging Machine series. It automatically opens, fills and seals pre-made pouches in a single line — ideal for small to medium production volumes that still need full automation. Compatible with spouted pouches, 3/4 side sealed, pillow, stand-up, gusseted, quad sealed and box pouches with or without zipper.

Pouch Materials
1 — Flexible Plastic Films: Plastic films are widely used for pouch packaging due to their versatility, durability, and barrier properties. Common types include Polyethylene (PE) — lightweight with good moisture resistance, used for snacks, frozen food and produce; Polypropylene (PP) — excellent clarity and heat resistance, used for confectionery, snacks and baked goods; Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) — strong with excellent clarity and gas barrier, used for beverages, sauces and personal care; Nylon (PA) — high puncture resistance, used for meat and cheese. 2 — Aluminum Foil: Used as a barrier layer for excellent protection against oxygen, light and moisture. Common for coffee, snacks and pharmaceuticals. 3 — Laminated Films: Multiple layers of different materials combined, e.g. plastic film with aluminum foil — barrier properties plus flexibility. Used for food, beverages and personal care. 4 — Paperboard: A more sustainable, eco-friendly option compared to purely plastic pouches. Common for cereals, powders and dry goods.
